Norman the dog is playing video games with his friends, when he feels the sudden urge to go to the bathroom. Just then, a group of thugs called "WORLD KENNEL MAFIA" breaks into the place, destroying everything in its path to kidnap Vito, Gordon, Mildred, Balboa and Eriko. Norman discovers the disaster, sees that his friends are gone, and finds nothing but a cryptic note: "We've got your friends, Norman! Good luck!"
Knowing that his friends must have been taken to different corners of the planet, Norman is furious. Hungry for revenge, he goes out to rescue his 5 chums so they can all get back safe and sound, and finish the videogame they were playing.
