North Star is a location app which allows you to easily save and manage waypoints. Save a waypoint after parking so you can easily find your car when you are ready to go. Use North Star to save the locations of your favorite restaurants or stores when exploring a city. When you save a waypoint in North Star the app automatically retrieves important details about the location such as its geographic coordinates, address,, and building information (when available). You are also able to name your waypoints as well as add pictures and notes.

North Star also comes with a variety of features to help you navigate to and from your saved waypoints and other locations. The unique EchoFind feature implements a radar-like display allowing you to seamlessly track your location with respect to a given waypoint. The EchoFind feature also gives you up-to-date information about your distance from a given waypoint and your heading with respect to true north. And the Explore page (paid version) makes it easy to record trip information. An unlimited free trial is available for download, however, to gain access to all of the features North Star has to offer the paid version must be purchased.
