A simple, free, note trainer application to help you learn to read sheet music.** The 'Pro' version of this app is now FREE and works much better on iOS8 than this version, please download that version on your shiny iPhone 6! **NoteBrainer is an iPhone application designed to help you to learn musical notes as found on sheet music. Notes on the stave are displayed at random and the aim is to identify the note shown; the quicker you do this correctly the more points you score. Points are deducted for incorrect responses. Each note is accompanied by a tone to help you learn the notes by sound. Once you are more confident you can turn off the images to allow you to try to identify the notes by sound alone. You can choose to learn in the treble or bass clef, or a mixture of both.
