DESCRIPTION:

OK2Call from Care Corp is designed to mentor and develop independence for young people and those with learning disabilities. In addition it allows business and private users to ensure they never fail to make that important call at a time when the person they are calling is available.

Users can manage their reminders, schedule and contacts in a safe environment which gently gives advice on what they should be doing and when. These actions may include addressing a reminder, repeating an activity, returning a missed call, making a deferred call or phoning a contact at a specific date or time. Once you have completed an activity you may be asked for feedback or asked if you'd like to plan a future one.

OK2Call allows users to make notes associated to a contact so that when users make a scheduled call or receive a call from a contact they have a prompt about everything you wanted to discuss.

OK2Call provides up-to-date information on when it is appropriate for a user to reach their contacts after a contact's availability has been set. Users are not prevented from contacting people at inconvenient times these occasions are logged and can be viewed in the activity log.

Admin controls if required are accessible within the app allowing a parent or carer to restrict access to features or actions by requiring a PIN. For example – preventing a user from deleting or editing contacts but allows them to add them.

All activity is logged. Has a user missed a reminder or deleted a vital contact? No problem as within your admin area the missed reminder will be highlighted and you can undo the deletion.

OK2Call can passively introduce life rules and reinforces them until such point as they become the norm if required or simply help business and individual users manage their contacts and calls better.
