ONITET (鬼テト) is a one of the tetrix variations, that the AI purposely selects the pieces to make the game more challenging and complicated. In ONITET mode, we have no gravity. Since, you are given enough time to consider the best move. This is purely strategic game, that solely rely on your intelligence as like as Chess or Go.

In CLASSIC mode, you can play ordinary action-puzzle game which you would be familiar with.

The idea of "spiteful tetromino game" is inspired by Hatetris and Bastet. However, in comparison to Hatetris, ONITET is far more devilish. We employed powerful AI algorithm based on alpha-beta pruning. Although the search strategy is completely deterministic, pseudo-randomness is introduced when the values of evaluation function are all equivalent. Therefore, a barrage of same pieces (typically S or Z) on the beginning of the game, would not be seen in ONITET.

The name of ONITET is come from Oni (鬼) and Tetromino. Oni is a Japanese word for evil or demon.
