ObamaCares parodies the real world challenges to selecting, buying, and paying for health insurance. You start with $100,000 in game cash from Obama's secret stash and at the end of the game, you get to contribute that cash to causes. To maximize contributions to causes, simply minimize your health care costs.

The app was created by individuals who felt the passage of the Affordable Health Care Act was partisan, the implementation was arbitrary, and the rules are still unknown. Worse, everyone must play.
