Placing / Receiving Calls

How do place a call?

"From the dial pad screen - icon, enter number to dial manually and hit CALL. You may also select a number from your contacts, history, or speed dial screens."

How do I receive a call?

"As long as the OneConnect application is running - in the foreground or in the background, you will receive calls to any of your purchased OneConnect numbers. Be sure to start the OneConnect application every time your phone is turned on."

How do I place an international call?

"Press and Hold the 0 button to get a + , then enter the country code and the destination phone number, press CALL."

How do I use Local Access numbers?

"Find a Local Access number under Settings -> Local Access numbers. Dial the number, enter you PIN, enter the destination number."

Sending / Receiving Texts

How do I sent a Text?

"From the Text screen - icon. Start a new conversation by entering a number manually or selecting from your contacts, then type your message using the keyboard and press SEND. For on going conversations, select the conversation, use the keyboard for your message, and press SEND."

How do I receive a Text?

"As long as the OneConnect application is running - in the foreground or in the background, you will receive Text messages to your US OneConnect number (only). Be sure to start the OneConnect application every time your phone is turned on."

How do send an international Text?

"Press and Hold the 0 button to get a + , then enter the country code and the destination phone number, enter your message and press SEND."
