If you use OpenAccounts Financials, then the OpenMobile Expenses App is what you need.

Your people can enter the detail of their claim and take a photo of a receipt to attach to it then transmit it to eBIS, our award-winning workflow software, for Approval. Approval can be via links in Emails, through the eBIS Portal or through a Mobile Portal optimized for phone-sized screens.

The Expense Claims can be configured at each site to ask for different fields for each type of Expense, such as "From" and "To" locations for Mileage, "Number of Nights" for Hotels, "Project Codes" for rechargeable expenses etc.

Out-of-Policy rules can be configured and out-of-policy claims can be identified immediately and flagged, with a link to the Policy document.

When entering mileage claims, the system can calculate the miles and compare with the claim.

Expenses can even be added while off-line and then transmitted when you are ready.
