Application allows user to enter data in the order fileds and submit order. Order is saved in teh phone or it can be submitted to a webservice on the remove server. Order History is saved in the phone and a list is shown to select a specific order. Order details are shown when user clicks on an order on the Order History screen.

Strongest feature of this app is to create your own fileds in addition to the commonly defined fields. For example if user needs to collect data for Length or Height then user can create these fileds and store. You can create you own order form. There is not limit to the number of fileds.
