Baby Words is an educational application for babies and children. It's perfect for helping children develop early language skills and prepare them for reading.

The most wonderful feature of this application is that you don't need to wait for an upgrade to get a new set of words. It has been designed the way parents can create all words, sounds and images themselves. Yes, you read it right - you can make as many words as you possibly can. On top of all, you can create your own word's categories which allow you to select one or more categories for a slideshow presentation. If you don't want to be specific about any slideshow categories, the application will pick random set of words from all categories. Also, the application will track the amount of showings of every word. You can manage all aspects of slideshow setting.

Here is the list of slideshow settings you can configure:

- auto or manual presentation

- interval in between of slides

- looping over a slideshow

- number of cards for random mode

- number of showings for each card to track a completion in random mode

- show/hide a word's text

- show/hide a word's image

- play/mute a sound for a word's image

- size of a word's text

- color of a word's text

This application supports multiple languages for slideshow words as well as for an interface. Yes, you can change your interface language in user settings. Here is the list of languages supported for the interface right now: English, Russian. If you want to add other languages for the interface, just shoot me an email and I'll do my best to make it happen.

If you want your child to learn many languages at the same time - this is possible as well. You just need to create same or different words for required languages, select categories under these languages and start a slideshow. Words for all selected languages will be combined in the same slideshow presentation.
