P2Ström is the iPhone app that lets you remix the sounds of Ström from Swedish Radio P2. When you’re ready, upload your remix, if it’s as brilliant as we expect it to be, it will be played in the end of an episode of Ström on Swedish National Radio.

P2Ström is also an application that makes you a member of an electronic pop band. Hook up with 1–5 friends that also have the P2Ström app. Choose one instrument each and start jamming. Playing in a band means practicing, both on your skills with your new music instrument – and some nice looking poses. When youre finished rehearsing, post a show with your P2Ström-app pop band on youtube.

Ström i P2 is the show that takes you behind the electronics. Into the hearts of those who push the buttons, fumble with levers and hit you in the gut with the bass drum. You are invited to an electrified visionary mix of voices and exciting music 12 times a year on Swedish National Radio. Host of the show is Andreas Tilliander. The editorial staff also consists of Hanna Österberg, Mats Almegård and Håkan Lidbo. The flood of voices and music will sweep you away to the most unexpected places in the electronic circuits.

Andreas Tilliander has released loads of records under his own name, as Mokira and Lowfour on labels like Raster-Noton, Type, iDEAL and Force Inc. He runs his own label Repeatle and is constantly touring the World as a live artist.

Hanna Österberg is a DJ and a writer. As a DJ she plays downtempo electronica that can heal wounds.

Mats Almegård is a journalist. He has written loads of articles about electronic music in Swedish and International magazines. When DJ-ing he mixes dub techno, minimal and electronica.

Håkan Lidbo has released apx. 250 records, stretching from obscure sonic experiments to cheesy pop for the Eurovision Song Contest. He has produced and remixed artists like Fatboy Slim, Depeche Mode and Yello.
