Panchos Burritos opened its doors in 2004, and for the past 10 years we have been proud to share our passion for California style Mexican cuisine and festive atmosphere with the New Milford NJ community. We started out with a small menu and just a few tables and have grown, with a major renovation in 2011, into a bright and bustling social spot with outdoor dining, a tremendous offering of tequila, plenty of specials and live entertainment ranging from sporting events to live music.

We serve hefty portions of healthy Mexican food at great prices in a casual, comfortable atmosphere. Using only the freshest ingredients, we steam our burritos to healthfully seal in flavor. Our friendly staff are on hand to keep the margaritas and sangrias flowing, delivering our special sizzling fajitas and house made guacamole with panache and pride.

Next to Cinco de Mayo, when we throw an all-out Fiesta Extraordinaire, Halloween and la Dia de los Muertos are our favorite holidays- we love to decorate and dress up. Visitors to Panchos Burritos are greeted at the door by our unofficial mascot “Pancho” himself, a 2012 Halloween party guest who may have stayed a little too long. Pancho enjoys the occasional costume change, and enjoys frequent photo opportunities with our bar patrons.

At Panchos, we are well known for our Happy Hour - which features Margaritas, Beers, and Sangria at reasonable prices - and our popular Friday and Saturday “Ladies Night” specials. We offer live music including a DJ starting at 9 p.m. on Friday and Saturday nights, and regularly celebrate prize fights and major sporting events, displayed on the centerpiece of our bar, an 80- inch flat screen T.V.

We feel strongly about finding a reason to party - so whether it’s Dia de los Muertos, Cinco de Mayo, a birthday fiesta, or a lazy Sunday afternoon, we’re looking forward to seeing you!
