What is ParkHillcrest?

ParkHillcrest is a comprehensive parking campaign created by the Uptown Community Parking District in San Diego that strives to inform the public of the availability and accessibility of parking in Hillcrest.

What is the Uptown Community Parking District?

The Uptown Parking Advisory Board is elected from members of the various neighborhood committees. Their plans address parking inventory/supply, uniformity of parking allocation, traffic circulation, public information, public transit and comprehensive system management.
