Real-Time Parking finder application to search on street and off street parking availability for cities and metro areas. Its advanced features like Parking Timer and Finding car location/directions will help user prevent parking tickets and save parking time which results in less gas and less pollution to the environment.

Using this application, you do not have to circle around the blocks to find available parking, worry about parking violation tickets or remember the location of the car.

- See Real-time parking availability, pricing and restricted parking timing information for parking spots on the streets and in parking garages (currently live data only for San Francisco, California is available, more cities will be added soon)

- Prevent parking violation tickets by using the Parking Timer feature which lets driver park their cars worry free. A notification on the phone pops up when the parking time is about to expire, so the driver can add more money to the parking meter or remove the parked car before the car gets ticketed.

- When car is parked at an unfamiliar place, the Parking Spot feature will save the location of the car and when heading back to the car, the application will map out a walking route to the car along with the direction and distance from the current location
