This app uses cute characters of people in the community to promote first words and pre-literacy in a fun and meaningful way. Each character has a child’s voice naming the character and then each character has a phrase for the child. The characters are multi-racial and have various adult voices which adds to the realism of the characters. The administrative side allows the user to add in photos of people, the printed name of each person and a personalized greeting by each person. Users can make playlists of the various people in a child’s life or make playlists for different children. You can add in as many people and playlists as you want.This app was designed by educators for young children as a fun game to build early language and pre-literacy skills.
