Penelope gives you everything you need to handle your office calls brilliantly - a Digital Receptionist, clever call distribution, award-winning answering service & all the features of a phone system.Created to support the Penelope service, the app allows you to:- Create specific call paths for up to four different ‘statuses’ e.g. in the office, or driving. Simply select your chosen status as and when you need.- Manage the order your calls ring in e.g. your home, office & mobile number.- Set all of your numbers to ring simultaneously.- Set a back up if you fail to answer your calls – choose either voicemail, a colleague or a Moneypenny PA.- Access your calls & messages via the message log.- Manage your colleagues’ call settings.It's a phone system, only better.When you access the application for the first time, you will be asked for a username and password.
