The Pernod Ricard UK (PRUK) Summer Party app will enhance the experience for all invited Summer Party guests as it has been developed with beacon technology. The main purpose of the app is to deliver a mobile ticket when guests come into range of a beacon at the venue and therefore they can automatically check-in to the event. Guests will also be able to view a picture of their Pernod Ricard host and host name for the evening.

A variety of notifications will be delivered to guests throughout the event as they come into range of various beacons e.g. exclusive drinks coupons.

Other key features:

A display of key Pernod Ricard brands i.e. Chivas, Jameson, Jacob’s Creek, Perrier-Jouet, Campo Viejo, ABSOLUT and Malibu along with cocktail recipes, history of the drinks and tasting notes.

The app is also accessible to the general public by logging in with their country of origin and date of birth. Once logged in, only the drinks and recipes information will be available to them and not the event specific information.
