The application will even let you know what time a photo was created. Photo Chat makes it easy to find your friends. You can search for other users by email address. Once you find your friends, add them to your contact list in the application. And even includes a Photo Buddy - someone to chat with right from the start. With Photo Chat, you can: Scribble funny things on your friends’ pictures and send it to them. Give your photo a title, add text, or write a funny caption.
