This is a complete original series of workout movies with voice instruction performed by Penny Valentine an accomplished Pialtes and Yoga instructor with over twenty years of experience teaching Pilates classes. This IS NOT a menu of links to publicly available videos. Unlike most of the available Pilates apps which are little more than a list of links to publicly available YouTube videos, this is a logical series of workouts performed by a Pilates instructor.
