Play the number is a very simple Brain Puzzle, yet challenging.

The game will give you 9 tries to guess a 4 digit number where each digit is from 1-9 but no digit may repeat twice.

To some, this may sound impossible but actually it is very doable and in fact enjoyable (especially when you win...)

This game is a strategy brain puzzle game. There is NO "correct" way to play. You will eventually develop your own strategy based on the input the app gives you for each guess.

So...for each guess, the app will tell you the number of 'hits' (H) you received and the number of 'bullseyes' (B) you received.

A hit is a correct digit you guessed but not in right spot.

A bullseye is correct digit AND in the correct spot.

Example:

Say the game's hidden number is 7583

Say you guessed 5182

The game will tell you that you got 1 hit (H1) since you had a 5 but did not place it in the right spot and one bullseye (B1) since you got 8 and in the right spot!

Your goal is to have 4 bullseyes (B4) in 9 tries or less.
