WHAT IS THIS APP?

Pocket Beach lets you sit back and watch the waves of Cape Cod and New England, listening to the water and the birds and the weather. All the integrated audio and video media is set to loop. The idea is that you will pick your favorite background audio track, pick a video, set it up on your desk and enjoy a visit to the beach. The recordings were personally made by friends, and tagged by location of the beaches. These are not stock footage. Enjoy! More beaches will be added in future updates.

FEATURES:

-- Beaches On Deck - actual local recordings; on deck beach videos are in-app, requiring no data required to view

-- Online Beaches - actual local recordings; online beach videos require data connection to view. (I had already filled the app.)

-- Onboard Music - integrated media player with background tracks in-app. Choose a background track and then pick a beach to visit.

Pocket Beach was made as a gift to Rachael Keefe, because she moved from New England on to other shores, to do new things. The app is a companion for anyone who wants to virtually visit Cape Cod and the New England area beaches.

KNOWN ISSUES:

-- Some minor navigation bugs need to be ironed out. Using the back button does not change the title on top of a page. Navigating with the slide out menu avoids this bug.
