Application works only for Northern Hemisphere.
Application was made to help astronomers in adjusting their telescope mount (actual for German equatorial type) by Polar star (Polaris). Interface provides both with textual info(Hour Angle) and in a graphic mode(as it should look through your polar finder). All you need is to make a similar (according to the image) setting by mount adjustment screws.
