The Practic GCS app is more than just a medical calculator for the Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS), as it has modes: calculator and practice modes.
In calculator mode, you can get the GCS score quickly and easily and then export the results of a GCS calculation to the Action Center for easy future reference.
Practice mode allows you to memorize the GCS score by presenting you with random fictional cases for you to evaluate and give the score for that situation. Practice, practice, practice to lose the calculator once and for all!
The app has been updated to Windows Phone 8.1 , bringing new features:
- IU is now quicker and more responsive.
- Practice page now tells you which type of head injury the random scenario patient has according to his GCS score, so that you can also memorize it.
- Added the option of exporting the results of a GCS calculation to the Action Center for easy future reference.
