When you experience outstanding service, you leave a good tip. When you experience poor service, you leave a poor tip-- but you've already suffered through the poor service, and your meal is already over.
Simply run PreTip on your Windows Phone and place the phone on the table where it's visible to the server.
Start with your default tip percentage-- say 16%.
As the service gets better, ADD to the tip percentage.
As the service gets worse, SUBTRACT from the tip percentage.
Your server can see their tip percentage at any time and your service can improve!
