Version 1.9 is a bug-fix release.
Version 1.8 adds the ability to print PDF files (paid version only), and contains numerous bug fixes and UI improvements.
It is recommended that you upgrade to the latest version of PrintAble Server as well.
PrintAble allows you to print images or PDF files to any local or network printer supported by Windows.
A lightweight free application runs on a Windows PC and shares the PC printers with the PrintAble client. See http://sites.google.com/site/printableserver/ for more details.
PrintAble can handle multiple servers and will display all available printers, so you can install the server at home and at work.
There are multiple ways to print.
For JPEG images, you can Share the image to PrintAble straight from the Photos app.
PDF files can be printed by browsing the SD card, or by opening the PDF directly.
The trial version is fully functional (apart from the ability to print PDF), with a short nag screen.
