There is no password protection in the Pictures Hub on your Windows Phone, so anyone, who is able to access to your phone, can easily view all your pictures including those private, secret, and embarrassing images.

PrivatePictures app is designed to secure your pictures behind a password. Each picture is encrypted by using enterprise-grade super Strong 512-bit AES encryption, so even if an intruder steals your phone and gets into the files, he still won't be able to see the pictures. Of course if you can't remember the password, you will not be able to access your encrypted pictures either. We can't help you with password recovery because it is impossible to break the encryption.

PrivatePictures app is connecting with Pictures Hub and Picture Viewer. So you can open the app from the Pictures Hub, or import a picture from Picture Viewer with single tap.

PrivatePictures app provides two modes – View Mode and Management Mode. In the View Mode, you can import, browse, or view pictures. In the Management Mode, you are able to delete or export many pictures in a single batch.

There is no password when you first time use the app. You can set or update password with any length of text. If you set an empty text or space, the password will be removed.
