Production Calculator is a very simple application created to quickly calculate your production based on the cycle time and number of parts per cycle.  Parts Per Cycle: touch the Parts per cycle field and type in the number of parts made in one cycle.   Cycle Time: Touch the Cycle Time field to enter the time it takes (in seconds) for one cycle of your process to run.   Total Parts: If desired, type in the total number of parts needed.     Shifts Per Day: The app is set up with 3 shifts per day as the default, but you can set this to either 1, 2 , or 3 shifts, based on your production capacity. At any time, you can copy or email the results of your calculations directly from the app.Thank you for your interest and we look forward to working with you.
