Each player has a worm moving with an increasing speed over time. The goal is to keep alive as long as possible, without hitting the walls or other players.

Pune is based on the 1995 DOS implementation of Dune 3 on the Amiga. The DOS implementation was done by Nick Duddy and Dave Bryson
