Qonqrlarm is a third-party tool for Qonqr (available separately on the Windows Phone store) which lets you receive reminders of approximately when you'll next be able to attack or defend, based on your current overheat condition.
Select either 'warm' overheat or 'blazing' overheat, and see quick choices to get alarm reminders for next attack/defense, full recovery, and 'clean' recovery (free of any overheat condition).
