Mobile solution for Quality Management enables recording the inspection results and perform Usage Decision for Inspection Lots. Inspection lots are created in SAP and it is made available on mobile to Record/Confirm inspection results. Inspector/User can check the recent Inspection Lots assigned to him and Usage decisions are made on mobile device based on inspection results and materials are moved to either unrestricted stock or sent back to vendor. Defects can also be recorded in the device. This enables access to quality inspection while “on the go” and one can take decisions without being latched on to work stations.
