With this travel apps you have a simple compass / magnetometer, there is also the possibility to fix your position on a map with your compass orientation. You can show / hide the map with the "open/close" buttons. You can update your position with the "my position" button. If you wish zoomin / zoomout you can use the menu item zoom+ / zoom- Between the Accuracy and the Heading label you can see a small circle red/green; this tells when the map is in loading state. In this way you can fix your current location on the map.
