First you have to enable the keyboard (or "input method"). You do this by going to Settings > Language & keyboard and checking the box next to Quote KB: Whovian. Android will prompt you to confirm. The keyboard is now enabled. You can switch to the keyboard anytime by using the notification drawer and selecting the input method notification.
No icon is added to the home screen!
You must enable the keyboard through the settings!
