You can translate Hebrew by typing using our Hebrew Keybard and clicking translate. In addtion, you can use the built in soft input panel to translate from English to Hebrew. You don't even need to be Jewish to use this RustyBrick app :)
Since Microsoft does not yet have Hebrew Support in WP7, there is a custom built keyboard for your use. This application uses the Bing Translation API and requires internet access to work!
