The user-friendly RTCA S16 Software provides outstanding instrument control for flexible experiment set-ups, data acquisition and data analysis. All instrument and experiment controls are contained in the Software to simplify instrument set-up and operation. The RTCA S16 Software consists of 8 function pages:Experiment Set-up pages:Protocol pageProcedure pageLayout pageExperiment Monitoring and Data Analysis page:Analysis pageOn the top toolbar, there are sub-pages with specific functionalities. For instance:Cell Index pageExp Notes pageWell Graph pageMessage pageThe first three pages contain functions required for running experiments. The other pages contain functions for monitoring and analyzing experiments. Special features programmed into the Software provide the flexibility needed for dynamic measurement of cell status in the wells. Based on experiment requirements, the Software can be programmed to take measurements over any time interval, from 5 minutes to over a day, and over a period less than 144 hours. The real-time data acquisition, data normalization, and data plotting functions allow the user to monitor experiments in real-time. The Software can summarize experimental results (such as Max Cell Index (CI)) at a given time interval. The results are shown in the “Summary” table.Note: The RTCA S16 Software must be activated with RTCA S16 Instrument SN before using. Please do not download this software if you do not have a RTCA S16 Instrument.
