Why is Racing Network closing?

Telstra partnered with TVN to deliver thoroughbred racing content and live streaming to customers via the Racing Network digital platforms. Racing Network is closing as the partnership between Telstra and TVN is ending.

When is Racing Network closing & what will happen to subscriptions?

Racing Network will close on 15th March 2015.

The Racing Network app will not accept new subscriptions.

From 15th March in-app subscribers will no longer be able to access their subscriptions.

How will customers be informed that Racing Network is closing?

From 13 February, information about the closure of Racing Network will be available via the Racing Network app and Racing Network website at www.racingnetwork.com.au

What will happen to the Racing Network App when the service closes?

Customers will no longer be able to access the Racing Network Official app once the Racing Network service closes. They will need to remove or delete the Racing Network app from their mobile phone or tablet using the standard processes for deleting apps that are specific to their device model.

RACING NETWORK OFFICIAL is a free app for customers of any Australian mobile network (download charges may apply.)

Once the app has been downloaded, Telstra customers don’t need to worry about data charges while in Australia – RACING NETWORK OFFICIAL is unmetered for customers on the Telstra Next G® network.

To manage your subscription, please log into – Google Wallet https://wallet.google.com/manage/w/1/#subscriptions and select More>Subscriptions

No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period.

If you are a Telstra Next G® mobile customer, after this application is downloaded, you will not incur data usage charges for viewing or using this application (unless you are roaming overseas).
