The first real estate bird dog application on the Android Market to our knowledge. Our goal is to provide free training for property locators to become partners and to produce wholesale deals for our network of cash buyers that total over 300 buyers across the country.

We had this application developed so our interested property locators can easily submit properties to us for review so we can purchase or wholesale the deal. Our network of cash investors is growing every week so our purchasing power is continuing to grow.

I see there is one comment stating that this app is illegal, my attorney sure doesn't think so.

Responding to the one commenter that is referring to the NC 93a Code. We have spoken with the Real Estate Commission in North Carolina and they stated that contracting properties is not illegal as stated and by our partnering up with our bird dogs, we are above board.

Anyone that isn't happy with the app, please simply delete it from your phone.
