Nonogram is a Picross number puzzle where the outer hints guide you to paint the squares inside the grid, revealing a drawing when you finish the whole grid.

Real Nonogram makes you use your brain: you have to paint by numbers. Each digit on the guide tells you the number of consecutive painted squares. Each break on the hint means that there is 1 or more empty squares between them. By elimination and other logic puzzle techniques you can get to know for sure if a certain square is painted or not. When still unknown, simply leave the square blank until you have more hints.
