Today smart phones and tablets are in the hands of children and this poses dangers such as seeing or reading unsuitable adult material or being bullied on social networks. The goal of the Supertoy team is to provide a safe way for children to obtain all the benefits and knowledge of the Internet.

The Supertoy app is completely hands free which enables pure voice communication. All Internet answers are derived from Wikipedia, a safe and trusted source. The app also features a password-protected customized ban list of adult themed topics. Hence, a parent can add or delete adult theme subjects which makes this app child friendly. For example, if you ask Teddy: "What is alcohol?" Teddy will respond: "Please consult that topic with an adult." The blacklist also works when retrieving information from Wikipedia. For example, if you ask Teddy: "Who is Marilyn Monroe?" the app will delete the word "sex" from her description as a "sex symbol" but read everything else.

For general conversation ask Teddy questions like: "What is your favorite color?" or say to Teddy "My favorite color is yellow." He will remember your favorite color (or food, place, etc.) even if you ask him hours later!

You can also ask a WHAT IS type question and Teddy will say something in the context of what you said. Teddy is also capable of listening into other peoples conversations so you can run the app while talking with someone.

When you run the app you will see 3 icons at the top of the screen.

A circle with a line - Thats the ban list of adult themes, use the same password to access as you registered the app

A circle that looks like a clock - Thats the history error report, please send this when reporting bugs, simply press the arrow icon (top right) select and add a nice message :) then click the arrow icon again.
