“Recycle for Southampton” provides residents with helpful information about recycling and waste disposal in the city of Southampton. Find points closest to your current GPS location in Kilometres, Filter map by accepted material types and a digital compass to aid direction to points. - Set collection reminders: Be reminded when your recycling or waste is due for collection. -Manage containers: Join a recycling/waste Scheme, Report Lost or Stolen Containers, Missed collections and request an Assisted collection (For those unable to put bins out themselves).-Recyclable items:Find accepted and not accepted materials for your recycling collections. Filter to recycle map direct from the material types. -Product scanner: Scan regular household products for recycling information. If a product is not recognised submit it for verification by Southampton City Council.
