The Redmen Workout App has been designed for use by the Marquette Senior High School. It allows the students to record their workout information using the iPhone.Once a student has been signed up by a teacher or coach, they can login and access any assigned workouts, complete their workout, and add the specific weights that they completed each set with.A student may also look back on old workouts and fix mistakes, or see how they have progressed through their workouts, and look to the future to see any assigned workouts that are coming up.
