Remote ThermoStat let you control and monitor any RTCOA compatible (see www.RadioThermostat.com for a list of products) Wi-Fi connected thermostats like 3M50, CT-30, CT-80 etc. from your Windows Phone. You can connect to your thermostats either locally via Wi-Fi LAN or remotely via cellular data or Wi-Fi hotspots. Remote connection requires you to configure your router to open and forward ports to your thermostats.

* Automatically discover and configure Wi-Fi thermostats on your home network (your phone must be on the same Wi-Fi network). Multiple thermostats are supported. When a UPnP router is detected, the app can automatically configured router port mapping and thermostat connection information.

* Each thermostat can be configured for remote access via internet (requires manual configuration of port forwarding on your router) using internet IP address or DNS and custom port number.

* Control common thermostat operations like set temperature, fan, HVAC mode, temperature hold and away mode.

* Display device information like model number, firmware version and Wi-Fi connection information. Also allows editing device names.

* Review and edit thermostat weekly schedules and support 4 to 7 segments of settings each day (depends on the thermostat model, e.g. 3M50 and CT-30 only support 4 segments but CT-80 can support 7 segments).

* Local weather conditions and forecasts.

* Responsive and smooth UI design. All communications are fully asynchronous.
