Manage Property

In this module you can add, update and delete property details including all details about your appliances, unities contacts & account details, to do list, etc. with all facilities like room size, appliances, utilities and rent amount. Also manage income, expense, tasks, mileage tracker, and tenants data for particular property and also display listing for every options.

Manage Tenants

In this module you can add tenants and assign them to individual property, you can also make individual tenant as current tenant, wait list tenant or past tenant. You can also setup lease periods and reminder alters

Income

In this module you can add income from your tenants into various categories like rent, deposit amount, bills payment, you can also make status as PAID or UNPAID

Expense

In this module you can add all your expenses for a particular property in different categories, with date and time stamp and mark status as PAID OR UNPAID.

Reports

Here you can generate custom reports in two main categories - Rent Lease status and Financial Status. In Rent lease status you will get information for lease periods for a particular property. In Financial report you can generate reports for a particular month, a year or between any 2 dates to see all expenses and incomes amount and also calculate profit / loss as per chosen option.

Property Inspection

This feature allows you to record inspection details about your property with date and time stamp and also allows you to enter notes.

Backup

You can backup your data in CSV format on your phone memory, SD Card.

Recovery

You can restore to your app data from your previous backup. This will overwrite your current app data, please use it with caution.

Settings

From here you can set currency, units of measurement. You can even restore delete property from trash. You can export data in CSV format and set notifications alerts ON/OFF.
