Device compatibility: the Smart Remote app works with all Rexton QuadCore hearing aids, and is compatible with any Android device running Android 2.3 or higher. We recommend using a smartphone rather than a tablet device for an optimal user experience.

Hearing Program change: with the app you will be able to change your listening programs quickly and easily.

Volume change and more: with the app you will be able to adjust volume, bass and treble, and mute your hearing aids - all with a simple press.

Discretion: having full control of your hearing aids appears as subtle as checking your messages on your phone.

Intended use: the Smart Remote app is a tool whereby the patient can adjust convenience functions of a hearing aid, within a framework given by a hearing health specialist, e.g., ENT doctor, audiologist or acoustician.

Control signals: This app generates short control signals which are designed to be played through the device’s speakers and may be audible.

To ensure correct operation and for safety reasons:

1. While using the app do not hold the loudspeaker of the device to your ears, or the ears of others.

2. While using the app do not use the device with headphones, headsets or other audio playback devices.
