I find that one day, they'll work great, and the next they'll not register when I'm holding the button down, fail on multi-touch keypresses, etc. Riding Rhodri seems to have deftly dodged this issue by eliminating any options but moving left and right. I was originally worried that this would make the game shallow or boring, ala endless runners. It doesn't feel that way when you're playing, though.
