However, recent studies show mobile apps can achieve 90 percent of medication adherence through reminders and other features. With the RightSource app, members receive frequent medication reminders prompting them to select “Take It”, “Remind Me” or “Skip It”. To make it even easier for members to get the medications they need through their phones, the app allows them to switch and schedule refill prescriptions.
