When an individual believes God has placed on their heart to start a ministry, they complete the Rock Sports Ministry Application step process. After successfully completing the step process an interview appointment is set up with the Executive Director. By completing the step process the future ministry leader demonstrates they are saved, the plan for their ministry, a mission and purpose statement, goals and meeting place or requested facility use. The step process also clarifies who will take active roles in the ministry.
