RoomBooker is an easy-to-use business app that helps you find available meeting spaces within your organization’s building. Organizing meetings can take more time than necessary, but with RoomBooker it’s easy, quick and efficient. Just grab your smartphone, check for availability and immediately book a meeting room.

RoomBooker offers several ways to book an available meeting room.

· Use a voice command via Cortana.

Fire up Cortana and say: “room find, book [name of the room]”. This opens RoomBooker with a form to immediately start booking the meeting space.

· Scan a QR-code.

Book a room on-the-go while passing it. If a QR-code is placed at the wanted space, use a scanner to read the code and let RoomBooker handle the rest.

· Scan a NFC-code.

Similarly, if a NFC-tag is placed at the meeting room, and your smartphone offers NFC-capabilities, simply read the tag to start booking the room.
