I learned the game from relatives and they called it "Roulette" but I've been unable to find any rules on the internet for a card game of that name. Perhaps it's know by some other name. It has some similarity to the card game "Golf". This card game has no relationship to the casino "Roulette" wheel.

The goal of the game is to match cards in pairs. Pairs cancel each other out and don't count against you (except for Queens which count 20 points against you and 2's which are -2 points). Kings and Jacks are "free" -- they count zero points against you. You want to try to make as many pairs as possible (or get Kings, Jacks, and 2's).

This software is intended for tablets with at least a 7" (diagonal) screen. To utilize the unique features of tablets, the software will require Android version 3.2 or higher (Honeycomb or later). Although most people will have no difficulty moving the cards on the screen, some with larger fingers may find that the use of a stylus is more convenient.

When you first launch the program, you have a green card table with basic instructions. Tap the instructions to proceed with the game. Here are some basic instructions:

Tap the deck to deal.

Touch and drag your cards on the screen.

Tap the deck to draw a card or tap the discard pile to take the top card.

Tap one of your cards to flip it over (discarding the drawn card).

Touch and drag the drawn card to a position if you want to keep it.

The text in the lower left gives you information about what is happening.

The ? button shows information about score, etc.

You can view the more detailed rules and instructions on your tablet by tapping the "Rules" button.
