You can tell Cortana to launch Shakespeare. Just say "Rude Shakespeare, insult Jim" and hand your phone to Jim so he can hear what you think of him.
The trial version only allows you five insults at a time. Register the app and Shakespeare will insult your friend as many times as you like.
Instead of this app, get Talking Shakespeare 8.1. That will do compliments as well as insults.
