Running Intensity is completely hands-free –-- comprehensive audio cues allow you to configure the workout, stash your phone in a pocket, and focus entirely on your workout. Using your smartphone GPS and "enhanced tracking" algorithms, you can run 100m and 200m high-intensity distance-based intervals with incredible accuracy.

When the workout is over, you can send a report to the email address of your choosing.
